The Story

In Leviticus 19 we find the Law of the trees, the Lord gave Israel. The law states that when they plant a tree in the land, they shall not eat of its fruit for 3 years. The 4h year they shall offer the fruit to the Lord (first fruits) and in the 5^th year they shall eat of it.

According to the law of the trees, the fruit was uncircumciced and therefor, forbidden as food within the first 3 years. In the 4^th year the fruit shall be holy to praise the Lord. As a result of the cross the gentiles were “circumcised” and on the day of Pentecost (which is also the feast of first fruits) when the Holy Spirit come down as tongues of fire, 3000 people were saved.
