In Leviticus 19 we find the Law of the trees, the Lord gave Israel. The law states that when they plant a tree in the land, they shall not eat of its fruit for 3 years. The 4h year they shall offer the fruit to the Lord (first fruits) and in the 5^th year they shall eat of it.

John 15:5 “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. “

As we the branches abide in the vine, we bear fruit unto God, fulfilling our purpose on this earth.
