The Story

In Leviticus 19 we find the Law of the trees, the Lord gave Israel. The law states that when they plant a tree in the land, they shall not eat of its fruit for 3 years. The 4h year they shall offer the fruit to the Lord (first fruits) and in the 5^th year they shall eat of it.

In Romans 11, the wild Olive tree represents the believers in Christ, grafted into the Olive tree (Israel). This makes us partakers of the blessings in Jesus.
