The Story

In Leviticus 19 we find the Law of the trees, the Lord gave Israel. The law states that when they plant a tree in the land, they shall not eat of its fruit for 3 years. The 4h year they shall offer the fruit to the Lord (first fruits) and in the 5^th year they shall eat of it.

Jesus' Life can be divided into 5 broad time periods. The first 3 time periods represented by Him, groeing up in Nazareth, then his teenage years and His 20's. The bible mentions little about His life during these years. Butt then His thirties representing the 4^th time period describes much of His life, during which He bore much fruit to God, with the final fruit bearing at the cross. The 5^th time period is represented by His resurrection Jesus was raised and believers, by Grace, were made the righteousness of God in Christ through faith.
